Mission Statement
The purpose of this corporation shall be
to operate a non-profit organization which shall be actively engaged
in the restoration, preservation, and maintenance of both The
Plymouth Light Station (Gurnet Light and the Keeper’s Cottage) and
Duxbury Pier Light (Bug Light), and to encourage public awareness
and support of these unique historic monuments to our nautical past.

Friends of Gurnet and Bug
Lights
Friends of Gurnet and Bug Lights was established to help
with the maintenance of the two historical lighthouses.
This group is made up people in the community who
believe in preserving these nautical monuments.
